Thursday March 9th Treadmill
Yesterday I ran 5 miles on the treadmill. I also worked on my arms and did 100 situps. 50 upper abs and 50 lower abs.
Today my schedule got a bit messed up because I went to a friends candle party during workout time.
I plan on doing a light jog tomorrow and then a nice 10miles on Sunday. At least...that's the plan. We'll see. Life Happens.
