I got up and out earlier than usual. The kids didn't have school today and I needed to drive down to Sac to pick up Megan. She had spent the night with grandma.

I really wanted to get in a good run.

I ran Otter Trail and Second Gate.

It was typical. I am getting bored running around here. I can hardly describe the dullness going through my mind.
